A series of hypothetical scenarios are presented using actors.

Each scenario has at least two versions demonstrating ineffective and effective behaviours on the part of JMOs and supervisors in their interactions. Specific charter values are tagged.

They are named according to one of the 7 principles although the scenarios generally demonstrate elements from the charter from several of the principles.
