These demonstration videos have been developed to show how the Post Event Huddle (PEH) framework can be applied. All three conversations in this series follow a fictional clinical event that has been challenging for the team.

DEMONSTRATION OF IN THE MOMENT PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT

In conducting a PEH, it may emerge that some team members will be in need of psychological first aid. This video is a demonstration of how to assist these team members in the moment.
